Shipping policy

Since all of our products are homemade, it will typically take 5 - 7 business days to ship the order once it has been received. If there is a delay longer than that, we will contact you. Also, please note that you may receive your order in multiple packages. 

If we are shipping a replacement due to damaged product(s) not made by Anu-Buttah but by a shipping carrier, the product(s) will be shipped by the same carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc...) unless specified by the customer. There will be a maximum of two attempts to resolve an issue with your order, due to shipping mishaps. Mishaps include but are not limited to, broken or tampered product(s), lost product(s), or delivered to the wrong address. After the second attempt, the customer will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier, hence at this point, the issue is beyond the scope of Anu-Buttah.
