To resolve issues such as damaged items or the customer genuinely not being satisfied with his or her purchase during this busy holiday, please follow these steps for the fastest response and ultimately, the resolution of your issues. 

1. Contact us at anu.lashbytea@gmail.com, with your "order number" included in the subject line. 

2. Provide a good description of your issue and/or concerns along with a photo attached with proof of your issue. 

3. Allow us 1-2 days to respond, however, we will do our best to respond within 24 hours. 

4. After we have determined that your issue warrants a replacement*, we will give you further details via email on the next steps.

*All sales are final. No refunds will be permitted. 

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 3 business days after receiving the order with proof of damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replacement/return, you can contact us at anu.lashbytea@gmail.com. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement/return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, no later than 3 business days upon receiving the order,  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (unused and undamaged), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Once again all sales are final and refunds will not be permitted. However, we do realize there are certain *special scenarios that may occur, so please always contact us first with any issues at anu.lashbytea@gmail.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your replacement/return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not.

*If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
