What is the return policy?

All sales are final. If product arrives in an undesirable condition, please contact us with proof within 3 business days and we will happily replace your items or issue a store credit. If the condition of your items appear to be cause by the shipping carrier, the customer will have to file a claim through the carrier and Anu-Buttah will not be held responsible.

When will I receive my Order?

Our goal is provide a Fast Shipping experience. However, delays may occur since all of our products are handmade, so please allow us up to 5 - 7 business days to ship the order once it has been received. If there is a delay longer than that, we will contact you. Also, please note that you may receive your order in multiple packages.

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

Please contact us via email at anu.lashbytea@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request modifications. Once items have been shipped, no changes can be made.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

All products are handmade with Organic, pure and raw ingredients. We use imported Shea Butter from Ghana and all other ingredients are made in the USA. For a full listing of what is contained in each product, please view the description section for the item you are interested in.

What are your hours of operation?

Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 8AM to 4PM.
